Exceptions to FREE Shipping Promotion
General Policies
- Free UPS ground shipping promotion is valid only on orders shipped to the lower 48 contiguous continental United States. Limited time offer.
- Order total of $99.00 must be reached with product purchases only and will not include shipping, overweight charges or other miscellaneous fees. Free shipping order value is calculated on the total amount of your order excluding overweight packages. Over-sized packages and special shipping fees are not waived with this offer
- Free shipping does not apply to vehicle sales or trailers.
- Free shipping is limited to UPS ground shipping
- Charges are subject to change. Confirm your shipping charge and method at time of order.
- Offer does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO/FPO, Postal Office Box or any international orders.
- Orders containing items such as wheels, rims, tires, ATV plastic, or other large oversize packages will be charged applicable UPS ground shipping rates.
- Offer does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO/FPO, Postal Office Box or any international orders.
- Hazardous chemicals, aerosols and batteries must be sent ground due to shipping carrier regulations. Regular shipping charges will apply.
- Orders are held to ship complete.
- eBay auction items and final closeout items are excluded from this promotion.
General Policies
- Shipping charges are based on order value unless oversized or excluded below.
- Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address (no PO Boxes).
- Allow 3-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days. Backorder dates are estimated times of arrival for the product to be received at our dealership.
- Entire order will be shipped together, if possible.
- Any duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and payable at time of delivery. These fees are over and above the shipping cost charged by Mud Motorsports
- Oils, chemicals, and lubricants are charged according to actual shipping weight using actual freight charges. These items can only be shipped UPS Ground.
- APO, FPO, and other military addresses are shipped USPS only. Allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery when using USPS.
- Tires and oversized items ship via UPS Ground
- Orders being shipped to AK, HI, PR are shipped via USPS or UPS 2nd Day.
- Batteries are shipped acid free.
- Shipping charges for oversized, overweight items will be calculated at the time the order is assembled and may be different than the estimate on the shopping cart. You will be notified of actual shipping charges.
Expedited Shipping
Next Day Air
Delivered the day after the order is shipped. If the order is shipped on Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday. To guarantee delivery on Saturday, Next Day Saturday Delivery service is required. Saturday Delivery service is an extra charge.
2nd Day Air
Delivered 2 days after the order is shipped. If the order is shipped on Friday, it may not be delivered until Tuesday.
International Shipping
- Mud Motorsports offers international and APO/FPO shipping to our customers.
- We ship via the United States Postal Service to international, APO/FPO, Canadian and Puerto Rican destinations.
- Free shipping offers do not apply to international shipments
- Not all products are available to be sold outside of the USA. Contact us for further information.
Store Pickup
- Store Pickup lets you buy online and pick up your order at Mud Motorsports
- Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup.
- Must present ID and Credit Card used for order.
How It Works
- Place desired item in your cart and choose the Store Pickup option.
- Complete your order.
- We will notify you when your order is complete and ready for pick up.
- At the store, your order will be waiting for you at the parts counter.
- Present ID and credit card for pickup.
